Items shipped from drugs4healthpharmacy, including drugs4healthpharmacy Warehouses, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Drugs4healthpharmacy will automatically refund up to $80 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $100, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
All drugs purchased from Drugs 4 Health Pharmacy that didn’t match your order in anyway when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still unparceled can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Drugs 4 Health Pharmacy may assess the drugs returned and impose a customer fee equal to 3 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned product damaged through customer misuse or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
How do i return products to Drugs 4 health pharmacy?
Prepare drugs for shipping: Place your drugs in the original packaging, including all attached notices that came with the drug. You may still return a drug if the package has been opened. It is not necessary to include the manual.
Your drugs must be returned to drugs4healthpharmacy using a trackable shipping method.
Give return package to the shipper: Please wrap the package securely, attach the return label you printed to the package, and take your return package to a drop-off location for the shipper indicated on the label. If your drug is delivered to drugs4healthpharmacy in the thirty-day period after the end of the applicable return window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 10% of the item’s price.
How will i be refunded for returned drugs?
When we have received and processed your return, our returns department will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order. All refunds are subject to our refunds policy
Note about pre-paid mailing labels and shipping cost refunds: Return shipping costs are only reimbursed if the damage to the drug is caused by us. If a pre-paid label is not convenient in your location, indicate the cost of shipping you paid with your return (either on the packing slip inside of the box or written on the return label outside of the box). You may be reimbursed for your shipping costs according to our refunds policy.
Are products bought from your store covered by a limited warranty?
Your drugs are covered by a limited warranty. Certain branded drugs are also covered by a limited warranty. If you need service under the warranty or would prefer some personal assistance, please contact us so we can help determine how best to help you. We’ll gladly provide service or a replacement according to the warranty guidelines.
